Creating an account on JobKenya.org takes just a few minutes. Follow the steps below to register, log in, and access jobs.

Step 1: Open JobKenya.org

1. Visit JobKenya.org using your phone or computer.
2. Tap Subscribe Now – KES 100/month (usually at the top of the site).

Step 2: Create Your Account

1. Fill in your details:
   • Username
   • Full name
   • Email address or phone number
   • Create a password you can easily remember
   • Enter your MPESA mobile number and ensure it has 100kes
2. Tap Register.

Tip: Use a phone number you can access easily because you will use it to log in later.

Step 3: Verify Your Account (If Prompted)

Depending on the setup, you may be asked to verify via:

• Code (OTP) to input your MPESA Pin.
• Complete verification then click Send
• Wait for the page to complete the payment to activate your account.

Step 4: Log In

1. Go back to the menu/header.
2. Tap Log In.
3. Enter the same email/Username and password you used during registration.

If you paid and the site is asking you to pay again, it usually means you are not logged in. Log in first.

Step 5: Subscribe (KES 100) to Unlock Full Access

JobKenya is subscription-based to keep the platform ad-free and scam-free.

1. Tap Subscribe / Unlock Access
2. Pay KES 100 using M-Pesa
3. After successful payment, your access is active for 30 days

✅ You can apply to as many jobs as you want during the 30 days.

Common Problems & Fixes

1) “It’s asking me to pay again”

• Confirm you are using Log In, not Register
• Log in using the same details used during payment
• Refresh the page after logging in

2) “I paid but I’m still locked out”

• Log out, then log in again
• Clear browser cache (or try another browser like Chrome)
• If it still fails, send us your:
  • Phone number used to pay
  • M-Pesa confirmation message

3) “I forgot my password”

• Tap Forgot Password on the login page
• Follow the reset steps
