Key Responsibilities
As a Security Officer, you will ensure site safety and client satisfaction. Core duties include:
- Conduct patrols and access control at assigned posts.
- Operate computer-based systems (CCTV, alarm panels, reporting software).
- Respond to incidents, complete occurrence book entries, and escalate threats.
- Perform client liaison, visitor screening, and bag searches.
