• Manage general ledger integrity, ensuring timely reconciliations and reviews of balance sheet and income statement accounts.

• Organize key financial data, including departmental and individual Medical Centre Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, CAPEX projections, and other inputs, to facilitate efficient planning.
• Translate approved budgets into reporting templates, such as the Management Accounting (MA) framework, ensuring alignment of actuals to budget.
• Monitor budget implementation and expenditure patterns, flagging material variances to the Head of Finance and relevant department heads for corrective action.
• Coordinate mid-year and quarterly budget reviews with departmental leads to ensure ongoing alignment with financial objectives.
• Support operational budget holders in planning, monitoring, and forecasting activities, providing guidance to optimize resource allocation.

4. Financial Reporting & Performance Analysis
