KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Front Office Administrator (with CPA Skills) will:
- Front Office Management
- Welcome and assist students and visitors.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
- Maintain professional client relations at reception.
- Student Records & Filing
- Manage student registrations and records.
- Organize physical and digital filing systems.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in student data.
- Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Handle daily fee collection and issue receipts.
- Reconcile payments (cash, MPESA, and bank deposits).
- Maintain petty cash records and prepare weekly reconciliation.
- Assist in bookkeeping and prepare simple financial reports.
- Administrative Support
- Provide clerical and logistical support to branch managers and instructors.
