This is an exciting full-time opportunity to join a mission-driven non-profit organization working at the intersection of youth empowerment, education access, and community transformation in Kenya. The Human Resources and Mentorship Liaison role is ideal for early-career HR professionals who want to do more than manage paperwork — it’s for those ready to lead change, shape minds, and foster purpose-driven human capital development.
In this impactful hybrid position, you’ll recruit and onboard young scholars, connect them with mentors, and ensure that the internal team remains inspired, equipped, and aligned with the foundation’s vision. If you’re a strong communicator, systems thinker, and believe that mentorship is just as critical as administration, this role offers a chance to build a people-first culture and design programs that leave lasting social impact.
Whether you are transitioning from a corporate HR background or growing your skills in the development sector, this position offers both depth and diversity. You’ll work directly with institutions, internship providers, community partners, and youth beneficiaries to ensure that the right people are brought on board — and that they thrive.
