1. Care Manager (Nairobi)

Job Purpose
Coordinate/oversee preauthorization inpatient/outpatient ensuring policy compliance/quality healthcare/timely decisions/cost-effective outcomes members.

Academic Background & Relevant Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Nursing/Clinical Medicine/Pharmacy/related medical field.
• Professional qualifications insurance (COP/AIIK/CII) advantage.
• Registration/valid practicing license recognized body (Nursing Council/Clinical Officers Council/Pharmacy Poisons Board).
• 2–5 years clinical practice/health insurance claims management.
• Experience preauthorization/cost containment/provider negotiations.
• Familiarity claims management systems/MS Office.

Academic Background & Relevant Qualifications
