1. Back End Developer (1 Year Fixed-Term Contract)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain APIs using Spring Boot and Go for internal/external applications.
- Design/develop enterprise-grade application backend.
- Optimize API performance – caching, batching, efficient query resolution.
- Collaborate frontend teams ensuring APIs meet business/UX requirements.
- Implement security best practices (authentication, authorization, rate-limiting, input validation).
- Write clean/maintainable/documented code following best practices.
- Participate code reviews/technical discussions/architecture planning.
- Monitor/debug/improve backend services performance/reliability.
Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree Computer Science/Information Technology/related.
- Proven experience backend developer Spring Boot/Go production.
- Proficiency Node.js/TypeScript/similar.
- Proficiency Message queues (Azure Service Bus/Kafka) async workflows.
- Strong database knowledge (PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB/similar).
- Experience API security/authentication (OAuth/JWT)/authorization.
- Familiarity server frameworks (Apollo Server/Express.js/NestJS/etc.).
- Experience Git/CI-CD/Docker/Kubernetes/cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving/cross-functional collaboration.
2. Full Stack Developer (1 Year Fixed-Term Contract)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop responsive/interactive/accessible UIs React.js.
- Design/develop application backend Spring Boot/Go.
- Collaborate designers/backend/product implement features.
- Optimize applications speed/performance/scalability.
- Write clean/maintainable/documented code best practices.
- Develop/integrate backend APIs (REST/GraphQL)/manage state (Redux/Context/other).
- Ensure cross-browser/mobile responsiveness.
- Participate code reviews/sprint planning/agile.
- Troubleshoot/debug/resolve frontend issues timely.
Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s Computer Science/Software Engineering/equivalent.
- Strong proficiency JavaScript (ES6+)/React.js/frontend.
- Strong proficiency Spring Boot/Go Lang.
- Familiarity Azure Service Bus.
- Experience building large enterprise applications.
- Experience HTML5/CSS3/modern frameworks (Tailwind/Material UI/Bootstrap/etc.).
- Familiarity state management (Redux/Zustand/Recoil/Context/etc.).
- Experience integrating REST/GraphQL.
- Understanding version control (Git/GitHub/GitLab).
- Knowledge frontend build tools (Webpack/Vite/Babel/etc.).
- Strong problem-solving/debugging.
3. Front End Developer (1 Year Fixed-Term Contract)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop responsive/interactive/accessible UIs React.js.
