1. Head of Security (Kiambu)
Key Experience & Profile Required
- Minimum 10–15 years’ experience in security operations.
- At least 5 years in a senior security leadership role.
Strong background in: - Manufacturing / FMCG / large warehousing environments.
- Multi-site security operations.
- Managing both in-house and outsourced security teams.
Proven experience in: - Risk assessments and security audits.
- Loss prevention and investigations.
- Crisis and incident management.
- Exposure to security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms).
- High integrity with a clean disciplinary and criminal record.
- Prior military or police background is an added advantage but not mandatory.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminology, or a related field.
- Professional security certifications (CPP, PSP, or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
2. Logistics Officer (Nairobi)
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee logistics operations across multiple construction sites and plants.
- Manage fleet movement, dispatch schedules, and delivery timelines to ensure uninterrupted site operations.
- Coordinate with project managers, site teams, suppliers, and transport partners.
- Monitor inventory levels, material availability, and supply chain performance.
- Drive efficiency, cost control, and continuous improvement in logistics processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the construction industry in a logistics, supply chain, or operations role (mandatory).
- Proven experience managing logistics in fast-paced, multi-site construction environments.
- Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
3. Driver (Nairobi)
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange vehicle care and maintenance to ensure vehicles remain clean and roadworthy.
- Diagnose and point out minor mechanical problems.
- Supervise company motor vehicle inspections as assigned.
- Drive the assigned parties, respecting road safety regulations and ensuring punctuality.
- Monitor road systems and conditions, adjusting routes to avoid delays.
- Maintain professionalism, amiable attitude, and be available on immediate call basis.
- Maintain strict confidentiality.
- Ensure all assignments are finished on time and satisfactorily.
- Assist in visa/permit applications for staff duty travel.
- Follow up on driving license, alien cards, passes, etc., applications.
- Organize hospitality and logistical arrangements for visiting delegations and guests.
- Receive, accompany, and see off official VIP guests/delegations.
- Attend motor accident scenes and liaise with Traffic police.
- Perform special projects and other assigned duties.
Requirements

- Valid relevant driving license.
- Geographical knowledge.
- Basic knowledge in mechanics.
- Valid Certificate of Good Conduct.
Experience
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional driver.
