  • Compile and summarize data on project delivery, drafting status reports to identify shortfalls, budget overruns, or delays
  • Develop reporting templates for UNEP partners, ensuring EAs use them to meet reporting requirements
  • Evaluate project expenditure and progress reports for technical and financial compliance with UNEP, GEF, and UNFCCC standards
