1. Administrative Assistant (Diani Beach, Kwale – 1 Post)
Brief Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will support day-to-day office operations through records management, communication coordination, basic bookkeeping support, and logistics follow-ups to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative and office support tasks.
- Maintain and organize company records, files, and documents.
- Manage contacts including distributors, suppliers, outlets, and delivery personnel.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping, invoices, and expense tracking.
- Coordinate communication between management, suppliers, and clients.
- Support logistics coordination including deliveries, stock movement, and follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing reports and perform basic data entry.
- Ensure office supplies and materials are well managed.
Requirements for Appointment / Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role is an added advantage.
- Basic computer skills including MS Word, Excel, email, and WhatsApp communication.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
