About The Role
We are looking for highly skilled AI Evaluators to support the development of advanced AI tools for grammar correction and proofreading. This project focuses on creating a rich and diverse dataset of written German text, annotated and corrected by humans.
Responsibilities
- Respond to prompts simulating realistic business/casual communication.
- Write clear, plausible short texts (3–4 sentences business, 1–2 casual) with intentional realistic errors.
- Review annotated message pairs (input + corrected) to ensure:
- All errors corrected appropriately
- Meaning preserved
- Error types classified correctly
- Explanations clear/linguistically sound
- Be thought partner to delivery managers, input into strategies, share quality best practices.
- Adapt quickly to evolving guidelines/task types/AI updates.
Qualifications
Required
- German as first language – C1 proficiency.
- English B2 (C1/C2 preferred).
- 2 years corporate/business environment experience.
