Key Responsibilities

  • Drive cost savings through efficient legal claims resolution and improved panel management.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance among panel advocates, medical experts, and investigators per SLA expectations.
  • Handle sensitive and material legal claims as delegated under the Delegation of Authority matrix.
  • Support defense of legal claims by coordinating documentation, witnesses, and service provider engagement.
  • Recommend policy and procedure updates for the legal department based on real-time case learnings.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date legal records and ensure audit closure within assigned timelines.
