Requiring a Bachelor’s in relevant field + Professional Certification in Marketing/Communication/Graphic Design/Digital Media/Visual Communication, 1–3 years graphic design/creative production, proficiency Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign/After Effects) and video editing (Premiere/Final Cut/DaVinci), this full-time role demands strong visual sense, creative thinking, and ability work fast-paced. Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Design & Content Development (40%)

  • Develop designs digital/print/experiential platforms.
  • Create graphics/animations/motion graphics/audiovisual content.
  • Produce explainer videos/interactive presentations.
  • Develop/maintain communication collateral (brochures/templates/forms).

2. Tools & Technical Production (30%)

  • Execute creative work Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign.
  • Video edit Adobe Premiere/Final Cut Pro/DaVinci Resolve.
  • Manage printing/production brand collateral quality output.
  • Drive communication/engagement wellness programs internal channels.
  • Review employee engagement feedback identify wellness drivers integration people strategy.

3. Project Management & Collaboration (20%)

  • Develop creative briefs/concepts/rollout plans.
  • Collaborate cross-functional teams generate ideas/deliver solutions.
  • Manage multiple design projects concurrently deadlines met.
  • Support creative concept development agencies/internal stakeholders.

4. Brand Management & Quality Assurance (10%)

  • Ensure consistency/correct application brand guidelines.
  • Review branded merchandise quality/compliance.
  • Enforce brand standards all materials.

Who We’re Looking For

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree relevant field.
  • Professional Certification Marketing/Communication/Graphic Design/Digital Media/Visual Communication.

Technical Skills

  • Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign/After Effects.
  • Video editing: Premiere/Final Cut Pro/DaVinci Resolve.
  • MS Office proficiency.
