About The Role
Our Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for clients enrolled in Beyond Finance’s financial hardship programs. They are Beyond’s caring voice to the client and guide them from enrollment through graduation. Our Customer Service Representative possesses a “second-to-none” work ethic and an upbeat, positive and passionate attitude about customer service. By responding promptly to client requests, and possessing an acute awareness that allows them to anticipate the client’s needs and exceed expectations, our Client Success Department is critical to the success of helping maintain Beyond’s white glove service standard.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will complete a four-week training program to become an expert in Beyond’s financial hardship programs. After successful completion, you will provide superior customer service and a positive experience to clients. The role is 100% remote.
What You’ll Do
- Provide helpful and caring customer service over high-volume inbound/outbound calls of varying complexity.
- Respond promptly to client requests, anticipate unstated needs, educate on programs in a remote call center environment.
- Proactively identify/analyze/resolve issues using active listening/critical thinking for first-call resolution while focusing on relationships.
- Exhibit strong written/verbal communication, excel at interaction, deliver practical solutions.
- Develop/maintain positive client relations, collaborate across departments for timely handling.
- Work independently/with team to drive client retention through product knowledge/best-in-class service.
- Operate/navigate/troubleshoot desktop computer, research multiple systems simultaneously, document in CRM.
- Continuously learn/interpret/utilize company/industry knowledge, practices, procedures.
- Meet/exceed client-centric performance expectations (quality/efficiency).
