Key Responsibilities

  • Manage bookings at the MCC EAS apartment and other venues for colleagues and regional guests.
  • Procure gifts or needed items and handle regional/global posting.

  • Manage and regularly update the medical evacuation insurance cover for staff.
  • Collect supplier quotations, prepare purchase request forms for the ADs and finance, and maintain regular communication with service providers.
  • Maintain an updated supplier database and procurement tracker.
  • Coordinate transportation needs for regional office staff and guests with the transport services provider.
  • Handle all photocopy, printing, filing, and dispatching of letters and documents to different offices/departments.
