Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all finance and accounting activities for SUN Mobility Kenya, ensuring compliance with local Kenyan standards and global IFRS requirements in the finance manager role.
- Manage financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to provide accurate insights for operational decisions.
- Ensure effective cash flow management to support business operations, capital expenditures, and expansion plans in the EV infrastructure.
- Drive fundraising activities by preparing financial models, investor presentations, and liaising with banks, lenders, and equity partners for equity and debt financing.

- Implement treasury management practices to minimize financial risks, including foreign exchange and interest rate exposures.
- Lead the preparation of audit-ready documentation, coordinating with external auditors to resolve findings and improve processes.
- Monitor compliance with Kenyan tax laws, corporate regulations, and financial reporting standards, updating policies as needed.
- Advise senior leadership on financial implications of business decisions, such as partnerships or technology investments.
