Key Responsibilities
As a General Virtual Assistant, your work will directly support the agency’s day-to-day functions, digital operations, and client support. Your role will combine administrative, technical, and creative tasks in a collaborative environment.
Specific duties will include:
- Creating talent invoices based on campaign deliverables and schedules
- Updating billing systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Bill.com) and ensuring all payments are tracked
- Maintaining a campaign tracker with up-to-date metrics and timelines
- Generating monthly reports for Talent Management (TM) campaigns and individual creators
- Managing social media calendars for selected clients
- Drafting captions and posting content on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (formerly Twitter)
- Coordinating content creation schedules with the creative team
- Supporting newsletter creation and email marketing activities
- Managing communication threads and follow-ups with team members and influencers
- Maintaining digital folders and campaign assets in platforms like ClickUp or Google Drive
You will be expected to own your workflow, suggest improvements, and ensure data accuracy while multitasking in a virtual team structure.
Required Qualifications and Skills

Mandatory Qualifications:
- Flawless written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask efficiently
- Tech proficiency and digital fluency
- Availability to work 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday, during 9 AM – 1 PM PST
- A reliable personal computer or laptop with webcam and microphone
- Stable internet connection (or backup Wi-Fi solution)
- A quiet and professional work environment free from distractions
Preferred Experience (Not Mandatory but Highly Advantageous):
- Prior experience supporting US-based clients remotely
- Knowledge of QuickBooks, Bill.com, and ClickUp
- Familiarity with social media marketing tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite)
- Ability to draft, edit, and schedule newsletters
- Exposure to graphic design tasks or basic layout editing (Canva, Adobe Express, etc.)
- Experience in cold calling or lead generation
- Previous roles involving appointment setting, task coordination, or CRM updates

Selection and Onboarding
Top applicants will be reviewed and shortlisted by the Blended Management team. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a video interview. All selected candidates will go through a trial and onboarding period before being fully assigned client or team responsibilities.
This is a remote-first role, and all onboarding, training, and collaboration will be conducted virtually.
