Key Responsibilities
- Installing/terminating fiber optic cables/network equipment.
- Resolving Loss Services/Connections SLA.
- Ensure tickets updated timely closed clears resolved.
- Observing Health/safety guidelines ensuring quality assurance implementation/maintenance period.
- Educating clients basic troubleshooting processes answering fiber optic related questions customers.
- Work team technicians/NOC personnel report field supervisors.
- Fiber link faulting/faults resolutions SLA.
- Splicing fiber optics various fiber distribution hubs troubleshooting/testing fiber links light source/optical power meters/OTDR.
- Providing timely updates fiber faults NOC personnel ensuring excellent customer service client.
- Any other duty assigned time time.
Education and Qualification
- Minimum Certificate Fiber optics.
- At least 1 year Fiber optics.
- Proficiency fiber handling/maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills/technical expertise.
