1. Logistics Intern (Mombasa – 1 Post)
Brief Overview:
The Logistics Intern will support logistics and order fulfillment operations by processing factory orders, coordinating shipments, supporting client communication, and maintaining accurate records in line with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Process factory orders in accordance with the order placement SOP.
- Arrange for the shipment of orders to customers once production is complete and all necessary checks have been complied with.
- Identify the needs of the customer and help them identify a solution.
- Act as the point of contact for clients who need to place orders.
Other Roles
- Be aware of the customs requirements specific to the client’s country.
- Keep all company records up to date.
Requirements for Appointment / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management from a recognized university.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Fluency in French or Portuguese is an added advantage.
- Technical experience or ability to quickly understand product components.
- Must reside in Mombasa, as the company is based in Mombasa.
- Ability to operate in a performance-driven organization.
