1. Marketing Intern (Nairobi – 1 Post)
Brief Overview:
The Marketing Intern will support brand development, campaign execution, content creation, and operational coordination to strengthen Vunoh Global’s visibility and engagement across Kenya and diaspora markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of Vunoh’s marketing roadmap for brand launch and growth across diaspora markets.
- Assist in building and maintaining Vunoh’s brand identity (logo usage, tone, and visual standards).
- Plan, create, and publish digital campaigns across social media, email newsletters, and diaspora-focused channels.
- Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, diaspora investment preferences, and travel trends.
- Produce marketing content including blogs, brochures, videos, and social media posts aligned with Vunoh’s brand voice across all service pillars.
- Collaborate with the Product and Design teams via Trello and Google Workspace to promote Errand, Investment, Real Estate, and Travel services effectively.
- Track campaign performance and report key metrics (engagement, reach, conversion) using shared data dashboards.
- Support onboarding and vetting of service providers (riders, transporters, local agents, and travel partners).
- Help maintain and update the internal provider database including performance and reliability ratings.
- Process standard and custom service requests—ensuring prompt review, documentation, and hand-off to the assigned operator.
- Communicate with clients on order status, clarifications, and post-service feedback.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with operational and legal standards for all service handling.
Requirements for Appointment / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Tech-Savvy Mindset: Demonstrated proficiency in using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini) for content generation and research.
- Workflow Proficiency: Experience managing projects in Trello and collaborating in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with financial products, real estate, or diaspora markets is an advantage.
- Creative, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills.
- Understanding of paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc).
- Experience using Canva, HubSpot, or Meta Business Suite preferred.
