1. Senior Learning Guide – Key Stage 2 (Lead Teacher)

• Positions Available: 1
• Responsibilities:
  • Serve as lead educator for a Key Stage 2 class
  • Design and implement creative, engaging lesson plans across subjects
  • Use formative and summative assessments to track student progress
  • Establish routines that support social-emotional development
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers on student learning journeys
  • Take leadership in school-wide events and initiatives
• Requirements:
  • BNC teaching experience (mandatory)
  • Diploma or Degree in Education (with an English specialization preferred)
  • TSC Registration (compulsory)
  • Ability to teach Performing Arts or a secondary subject is an added advantage
  • Experience in inquiry-based, child-centered environments is highly preferred
  • Comfortable using digital tools for planning and communication

2. Reliever Learning Guides – Key Stage 2 (Assistant Teachers)

  • P1 Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Education
  • Ability to teach at least two of the following subjects:

    • Kiswahili
