1. Digital Marketing Intern (Nairobi – Multiple Posts)
Brief Overview:
This internship supports the creation and management of digital content and campaigns to promote REVIVO Kenya’s refurbished electronics and build brand presence across social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating engaging content (graphics, captions, videos, stories) for social platforms.
- Support in managing social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X).
- Assist in running campaigns for brand awareness, product promotions and lead generation.
- Support e-commerce promotions, influencer campaigns and seasonal marketing activities.
- Prepare UGC ideas and participate in brainstorming creative concepts.
- Monitor social media insights and performance metrics.
- Assist in preparing weekly and monthly marketing reports.

- Device Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Perform initial checks to identify device problems and verify issues before repair. Test hardware components such as screens, batteries, charging systems and boards.
- Repair & Replacement Tasks: Assist in replacing spare parts such as screens, batteries, cameras, speakers, back covers, and ports. Follow repair standards and ensure correct procedures for different device models.
- Quality Assurance & Testing: Test devices after repair to confirm they are functioning properly. Perform pre- and post-repair quality checks. Update repair logs, checklists and test results accurately.
- Technical Support: Provide basic technical guidance to customers regarding device care and usage.
