Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Officer – Medical Oncology, you will collaborate with oncologists, radiologists, pathologists, and care coordinators to ensure that each patient receives timely, accurate, and empathetic care.

- Monitoring patient progress during and after therapy, flagging complications or non-adherence early for intervention.
- Collaborating with nursing and pharmacy teams to ensure proper medication administration and patient comfort.
- Ensuring compliance with oncology treatment protocols and regulatory frameworks established by the Ministry of Health and professional bodies.
- Supporting clinical research and trials, including patient recruitment and monitoring where applicable.
- Providing compassionate palliative care and psychological support as needed, in line with clinic policy.
Qualifications and Skills

Minimum Academic and Professional Qualifications
- Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery from a recognized Kenyan institution.
