1. Operations Trainee Program – 2026 (Nairobi – Multiple Posts)
Brief Overview:
This six-month intensive trainee programme provides comprehensive hands-on and theoretical training across Dawa Life Sciences’ production facility, enabling trainees to develop core competencies in pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
Key Learning Areas and Responsibilities
- Precision operation and troubleshooting in pharmaceutical operations.
- Application of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and quality assurance standards.
- Autonomous maintenance of production equipment.
- Documentation control in compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.
- Participation in continuous process optimization initiatives.
- Rotation through key operational and production areas to gain broad exposure to manufacturing systems and workflows.
Requirements for Appointment / Qualifications
- Recently completed certificate or diploma in a relevant technical or scientific field, including:
