1. Physics & Chemistry Teacher (Nairobi – 1 Post)

Brief Overview:
The Physics & Chemistry Teacher will teach Cambridge Physics and Chemistry across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 while fostering students’ academic achievement, moral character, and individual talents through quality instruction and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach Physics & Chemistry across Key Stage 3 & 4.
  • Actively encourage and facilitate the formation of each student’s moral character, unique skills, capacities and talents through continuous improvement in ensuring quality education.

Requirements for Appointment / Qualifications

  • At least five years demonstrable teaching experience in a recognized International School preferably one delivering Cambridge Assessment International Education.
  • Bachelor of Education (Science) degree with specialization in Physics & Chemistry from a recognized institution.
  • Must be registered with the Teachers Service Commission.
  • Demonstrate a good knowledge and understanding of current educational issues relating to the specialist subject areas.
