Primary Duties

Monitor, Evaluate & Analysis

  • Listen to recorded/live calls; review emails/texts/chats for compliance with quality standards.
  • Deliver constructive/actionable feedback/coaching on performance/strengths/development.
  • Monitor multiple business lines/projects (internal/external partners).
  • Act as SME for employees/supervisors/L&D/Leadership – insights/resources for performance/standards.
  • Analyze/spot patterns in performance.

Training & Process Improvement

  • Collaborate L&D creating training addressing needs.
  • Participate calibration sessions with Leadership for scoring consistency.
  • Advocate/implement process improvements enhancing efficiency/patient experience.

Other duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma.
  • 3 years quality assurance experience; 2 years call center experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability provide constructive feedback.
  • Proficient documentation – accuracy/objectivity.
  • Experience quality management software, call center technology (Five9/Ring Central etc.), reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical/reporting skills.
  • Strong knowledge industry regulations/quality standards (HIPAA).
  • Ability thrive fast-paced/changing environment.
  • Familiarity Continuous Quality Improvement methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education.
  • Healthcare industry experience.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods sitting at desk/working on computer.
