1. Social Media Manager (Nairobi – 1 Post)
Brief Overview:
The Social Media Manager will own and manage Terra Pilates Studio’s digital presence, creating compelling content that reflects the brand’s vision while driving engagement, bookings, and growth across key social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Terra’s social media across Instagram, TikTok & Facebook
- Bring Terra’s vision to life: holistic wellness, reformer Pilates & longevity
- Create & publish Reels, Stories & Posts (classes, instructors, education, trends)
- Capture real-time content by attending weekly studio sessions
- Build & manage a content library (photo, video, testimonials)
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars
- Engage the community: respond to comments, polls, Q&As & DMs
- Request & showcase client testimonials & Google reviews
- Collaborate with Terra’s studio manager to align content with class availability
Requirements for Appointment / Qualifications
- 1–2 years experience managing Instagram & TikTok for a lifestyle, wellness or fitness brand
- Strong grasp of short-form video & social trends
- Ability to turn engagement into real-world bookings & sales
- Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Confident managing & coordinating wellness influencers
- Comfortable tracking performance: reach, growth, engagement & clicks
- Data-driven mindset with clear monthly reporting & insights
