1. Social Media Manager (Kenya – 1 Post)
Brief Overview:
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing Vibely Co’s social media presence while driving engagement, conversions, and consistent brand messaging across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute a monthly content strategy
- Schedule and post content as needed
- Order taking
- Client follow ups
- Create & oversee short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories)
- Manage community engagement (comments & DMs)
- Track performance and prepare monthly analytics reports
- Support campaigns, launches, and promotions
- Ensure consistent branding, aesthetics, and messaging
Requirements for Appointment / Qualifications
- Proven experience managing social media for a brand or creator
- Strong understanding of Instagram & TikTok algorithms
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
- Organized, deadline driven, and detail oriented
- Creative, proactive, and able to work independently
