1. Virtual Assistant – Support Top-Tier Entrepreneurs (Kenya | Fully Remote – Multiple Posts)
Brief Overview:
The Virtual Assistant will support high-performing entrepreneurs by managing inboxes, calendars, travel, research, and operational workflows, enabling founders to operate at peak effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementing and maintaining an efficient inbox management system
- Managing and protecting the entrepreneur’s time and calendar
- Coordinating email, calendar, and task management seamlessly
- Arranging personal and business travel
- Conducting thorough research and creating detailed reports (e.g., competitor analysis)
Requirements for Appointment / Qualifications
- Highly motivated and driven individuals who strive for operational excellence
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- High problem solving ability (tested in the assessment center) & high agency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C2)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
