Key Responsibilities

As an Airport Representative, your primary function is to ensure smooth, friendly, and timely transitions for clients arriving or departing from airports in Kenya. Your specific responsibilities include:

• Meet and greet clients at the airport upon arrival using clear, branded signage
• Verify guest identities and confirm transfer and booking details in line with pre-arranged itineraries
• Assist with immigration formalities (when applicable), customs clearance, and baggage claim
• Coordinate with transport providers and drivers to ensure timely hotel or safari camp transfers
• Distribute welcome kits, itineraries, brochures, and emergency contact cards to guests
• Address inquiries, complaints, or special requests professionally and in real time
• Liaise with internal operations, guest services, and accommodation teams for any changes or updates
• Handle delayed flights, lost luggage, or emergency issues with calm professionalism
• Maintain accurate arrival and departure logs for daily reporting to the operations team
• Act as a cultural ambassador, briefing guests on etiquette, safety, and local experiences as needed
