Key Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, the Cash and Trade Processing Analyst will serve as the bridge between client needs and institutional efficiency.   • Collaborate closely with Implementations, Sales, Product, and Technical Partners to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.

  • Facilitate regular, proactive contact with managed clients across all segments involved in Trade Operations.
  • Manage operational workflow and maintain oversight of the Trade Service Centre’s performance in executing end-to-end transaction processing.
  • Investigate and conduct root cause analysis for all inquiries related to managed clients; identify gaps and propose automation and process enhancements to reduce recurring issues.
  • Drive improvements in Straight-Through Processing (STP) by educating clients on best documentation practices and reducing discrepancies.
  • Organize and lead Client Service Reviews with a strong focus on scorecard metrics and relationship strengthening.
  • Represent Citi in senior client engagements and act as the main point of contact for issue escalation and resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Sales, Product Management, and Technology to ensure holistic service delivery.
  • Enhance internal reporting and data analytics capabilities to help visualize trends, detect service bottlenecks, and present clear data during client meetings.
  • Support new initiatives in trade digitization and service innovation by providing feedback, piloting new tools, and testing automation systems.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards in all client interactions and processing activities.
