Key Responsibilities

The Cysuites Attachment Programme is intentionally designed to be practical, dynamic, and immersive. Participants will be attached to one or more of the following departments: Kitchen, Restaurant, Housekeeping, Laundry, and Front Office.

While duties vary across departments, typical responsibilities under the Cysuites Attachment Programme include:

• Supporting daily departmental activities, including assisting senior staff in tasks aligned with hotel operations.
• Assisting in guest services, including check-in, check-out, room preparation, and guest queries (Front Office).
• Participating in food preparation, kitchen hygiene, plating techniques, and kitchen inventory tasks (Kitchen).
• Learning table service, guest etiquette, and point-of-sale systems (Restaurant).
• Assisting in room cleaning, linen inventory, and turndown services (Housekeeping).
• Understanding the laundry process, including machine operation, folding, and sorting (Laundry).
• Handling back-of-house tasks such as restocking supplies, waste management, and maintaining hygiene standards.
• Maintaining clear communication with supervisors and reporting daily activities or challenges encountered.
