Key Responsibilities
As the Digital Content Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Graphic Design:
- Designing engaging visuals for social media posts, email newsletters, banners, infographics, and hospital signage.
- Producing creative collateral for campaigns, health awareness days, service launches, and community initiatives.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure that all materials are on-brand, modern, and tailored to audience needs.
- Video Content Production:
- Planning, filming, and editing promotional videos, doctor interviews, patient testimonials, and educational content.
- Creating short reels and videos for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Ensuring videos are captioned, optimized for mobile, and published within deadlines.
- Photography & Event Coverage:
- Capturing high-quality photos at hospital events, training sessions, launches, and patient engagement activities.
- Maintaining an organized digital library of image and video assets.
- Web & Social Content Updates:
- Assisting in managing content updates on the official website.
- Posting regularly to social media platforms, tracking engagement, and optimizing visual content performance.
- Internal Communications:
- Supporting HR and departmental heads with content for internal notices, digital signage, and staff newsletters.
- Project Support:
- Brainstorming creative concepts for campaigns and marketing events.
- Supporting outreach and awareness teams with media planning and branding.
Qualifications and Skills
Academic Qualifications:
- A Diploma or Certificate in any of the following fields:
- Graphic Design
- Multimedia Production
- Film/Video Editing
- Communication or a related discipline
Candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree in similar fields are encouraged to apply.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Graphic Design Tools: Proficiency in software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or equivalent.
- Video Editing Tools: Basic to intermediate skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar.
- Photography & Videography:
- Experience using DSLR or mirrorless cameras
- Understanding of lighting and composition
- Ability to edit photos using Adobe Lightroom or equivalent
Soft Skills:
- Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality visual assets
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities
- Able to handle multiple projects under tight timelines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
