Key Responsibilities

  • Support critical-skill recruitment by recording candidate status, costs, and interview feedback for the HRBP and CPAD.
  • Coordinate onboarding by arranging IT access, ID issuance, logistics, and running Day-1 orientation and 30-60-90 touchpoints.
  • Update probation logs and confirm new-hire KPIs are established by Day 30.
  • Facilitate performance-cycle administration by extracting appraisal-status reports, uploading learning-impact scores, and capturing review completion dates.
  • Drive learning uptake by enrolling employees in LinkedIn Learning paths, sending automated nudges, and issuing monthly “Learning Uptake Cards” to managers.
  • Support engagement activities by managing recognition nominations, events, and tracking survey participation.
  • Provide employee relations logistics by booking disciplinary panels, preparing case files, drafting minutes, and issuing routine correspondence.
  • Administer leave management by advising staff, validating balances, flagging over-accruals, and supplying monthly data to CPAD.
