Brief Overview
The role of a hygiene assistant is to uphold high cleaning standards in a property by conducting daily cleaning and maintenance to ensure residents enjoy a comfortable stay. The Hygiene team assistants ensure they execute daily cleaning and regular maintenance to ensure a clean and pest free property by following the SOPs provided.

Key Responsibilities

Improved Customer Experience:

  • Clean and maintain a property to the highest cleaning standards.
  • Identify and report maintenance issues & pest attacks that might lead to customer dissatisfaction.
  • Address and interact with residents in a professional manner promoting a care DNA culture.

Operational Excellence.

  • Report to work in time and as per work schedule.
  • Adhere to SOPs and policies provided and observe health and safety standards in all cleaning activities.
  • Efficient use of quality control tools provided.
