Exciting Internship Tracks
M-PESA Africa is hiring interns across diverse departments, each offering immersive learning and high-growth potential:
1. Project Administration
- Manage project documentation and technical lifecycle activities
- Develop skills in project coordination, timelines, tracking, and compliance

- Coordinate sprint planning and agile implementation
2. UI/UX Design
- Contribute to the One App user experience across multiple African markets
- Gain hands-on skills in user research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and iteration

3. Risk & Compliance
- Learn frameworks in Risk Management and Data Privacy
- Lead projects to enhance MPA’s risk posture
- Study AML (Anti-Money Laundering), KYC (Know Your Customer), and audit workflows
- Participate in regulatory mapping and policy drafting
4. Strategy and Partnerships
- Support strategic planning, market research, and stakeholder engagement
- Strengthen your knowledge of business modeling and data-driven decisions
- Develop partnership evaluation dashboards
- Assist in preparing investor decks and annual strategic reviews
5. Legal & Regulatory Affairs
- Gain hands-on experience in contract drafting, legal advisory, and IP regulations
