Key Responsibilities
As a production worker at HACO, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Performing capping, sleeving, cartoning, sealing, and packaging tasks as assigned by the Production Supervisor
- Adhering to HACO’s strict safety protocols, ensuring all tasks are carried out with a safety-first mindset
- Reporting operational issues or irregularities promptly to supervisors to maintain workflow efficiency
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment by following housekeeping best practices
- Utilizing all required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) consistently and correctly
- Monitoring product packaging and labeling accuracy, identifying and reporting any quality deviations
- Supporting team members and supervisors with additional duties as business needs dictate
- Ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks, contributing to daily production targets
- Participating in team meetings or safety briefings, when required
- Assisting with loading or offloading materials or finished goods, depending on shift allocation
- Operating basic factory equipment under supervision, where necessary
- Engaging in quality assurance checks to ensure output meets expected standards
- Complying with shift schedules, including night and weekend shifts, as assigned
- Assisting in inventory counts and stock reporting, when requested
- Learning HACO’s internal SOPs and contributing to continuous process improvement

Qualifications and Skills
