Key Responsibilities

As a production worker at HACO, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Performing capping, sleeving, cartoning, sealing, and packaging tasks as assigned by the Production Supervisor

Ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks, contributing to daily production targets
Participating in team meetings or safety briefings, when required
Assisting with loading or offloading materials or finished goods, depending on shift allocation
Operating basic factory equipment under supervision, where necessary
Engaging in quality assurance checks to ensure output meets expected standards
Complying with shift schedules, including night and weekend shifts, as assigned
Assisting in inventory counts and stock reporting, when requested
Learning HACO’s internal SOPs and contributing to continuous process improvement
