Available Vacancies

1. Restaurant Manager (1 Position)

• Overall responsibility for restaurant operations and customer satisfaction.
• Staff supervision, scheduling, and performance management.
• Overseeing inventory, procurement, and supplier coordination.
• Managing financial targets, budgeting, and cost control.
• Enforcing hygiene, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Handling customer concerns, ensuring high service delivery standards.

2. Head Chef (1 Position)

• Menu development incorporating traditional and modern Kenyan cuisines.
• Overseeing kitchen operations, food preparation, and plating standards.
• Maintaining food quality, freshness, and portion control.
• Supervising kitchen staff and delegating responsibilities.
• Enforcing hygiene, HACCP, and kitchen safety protocols.

3. Chefs (2 Positions)

• Preparing a variety of dishes following standard recipes.
• Supporting Head Chef in daily kitchen activities.

• Water Production Officer: Diploma in Food Science, Water Technology, or Engineering with experience in water bottling and purification processes.
• Cashiers, Waiters, Cleaners, Kitchen Assistants: Prior experience preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Rider: Valid motorcycle license, excellent knowledge of Bungoma routes, and responsible road behavior.
