1. Social Media Graduate Trainee (Nairobi – 1 Post)

Brief Overview:The Social Media Graduate Trainee will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital marketing and social media initiatives while developing practical skills in content creation, analytics, and online community management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
• Create engaging and relevant content for social media posting.
• Monitor company social media accounts and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in growing online communities and improving engagement while escalating customer inquiries or complaints to the relevant department.
• Handle SEO, basic web design, and digital content management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on brainstorming new campaign ideas and strategies.
• Keep up to date with social media trends and recommend content ideas.
• Track basic performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth.
• Generate regular reports on key digital marketing metrics and provide insights for improvement.

Requirements for Appointment / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X).
