Key Responsibilities

  • Participant Registration: Support the registration of project participants at household or community levels when required, ensuring accurate and inclusive data capture.
  • Data Collection: Administer quantitative and qualitative data collection, leading focus group discussions and interviews as per WHH research guidelines.
  • Data Processing: Transcribe, clean, and support reporting of survey data, ensuring accuracy and readiness for analysis.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, Social Work, Community Development, Sociology, Community Health, Research, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data and Information Management, or related fields.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and operation of digital gadgets.
    • Experience with data collection platforms like Akvoflow, Commcare, or ODK/Kobo Collect is an advantage.
  • Experience: Previous data collection experience is preferred; proven research experience with clear reporting skills is a plus.
  • Interpersonal Skills:
