Key Responsibilities

In this critical supervisory role, the Injection Molding Maintenance Supervisor will serve as a pivotal figure in ensuring the operational excellence of HACO Industries’ injection molding operations. 1. Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) Development and Implementation

• Design and implement comprehensive SOPs for all maintenance tasks to promote consistent, safe, and efficient execution of duties.

• Monitor compliance with SOPs across all maintenance activities, ensuring no deviations occur that could compromise safety or efficiency.

2. Preventive and Corrective Maintenance

• Oversee the execution of preventive maintenance schedules, ensuring timely servicing of machinery to prevent unplanned breakdowns.
