Key Responsibilities

Stock Checking and Restocking

• Conduct regular and systematic walk-throughs across all aisles to identify low-stock or out-of-stock items.

• Accurately place items in their designated shelf categories, following barcode and labeling protocols.
• Ensure stock levels are maintained during all operational hours, especially during peak shopping times.

Removal of Expired Stock

• Monitor expiry dates on all visible and shelved products, including refrigerated and frozen items.
• Remove expired goods promptly to maintain health and safety compliance.
• Document and report expired stock in line with internal inventory procedures.

Arrangement of Shelves, Refrigerators, and Freezers

Product Rotation Using FIFO

• Inspect best-before and use-by dates during each restocking session.

Cleaning and Maintenance

• Perform daily shelf cleaning duties to remove dust, spills, or debris.
