Introduction
The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) is a constitutionally mandated body established under Article 79 of the Constitution of Kenya and by virtue of the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission Act, No. 22 of 2011. It plays a critical role in the fight against corruption and economic crime by ensuring transparency, integrity, and accountability in public affairs. With a multi-pronged approach combining enforcement, prevention, public education, and strategic partnerships, EACC stands at the forefront of Kenya’s anti-graft efforts.
To fulfill its expanding mandate and improve service delivery across Kenya, EACC invites applications from committed and qualified individuals for nineteen (19) vacant positions spread across technical, investigative, legal, financial, ICT, administrative, and clerical cadres. 1. Senior Investigation Officer – Mechanical Engineer

Positions: 1
The officer will offer mechanical engineering expertise during forensic investigations involving public infrastructure, equipment procurement, and mechanical systems assessment. Duties include evaluating project designs, conducting field inspections, preparing expert reports, and testifying in court when needed.
2. Administration Officer II – Property Management

This role supports the operational and maintenance functions of Commission properties. The officer will manage leases, service providers, renovations, safety inspections, and ensure compliance with statutory facility requirements.
3. Investigation Officer II – Accountant/Auditor

These officers will support financial investigations involving public funds, procurement, payroll fraud, and misappropriation of resources. Responsibilities include reviewing financial statements, tracing asset flows, and preparing forensic audit reports.
4. ICT Officer II – Software Developer

5. Risk Management Officer II

Responsible for daily accounting tasks including invoice processing, ledger updates, reconciliations, statutory deductions, and payment tracking. Will support audits and internal controls.

Support knowledge management through cataloguing, archiving, digitization, and library services. Will assist in building digital repositories, information retrieval systems, and training users.
