1. Deputy Executive Housekeeper
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations across all guest rooms and public areas
- Supervise cleaning teams, ensuring adherence to cleanliness standards and SOPs
- Coordinate with the front office to track occupancy and prioritize room readiness
- Implement inventory control for cleaning supplies and linen
- Support staff training programs and performance evaluations
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or Housekeeping Operations
- 5+ years of experience in housekeeping, with 2+ years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of hygiene standards, laundry operations, and guest relations
- Excellent team management and multitasking skills
2. Housekeeping Supervisor
