1. Supply Chain Management Directorate

Deputy Director (Grade 5) – Ref NDU/1/2025

  • Develop and continuously refine University procurement policy, manuals and e-Procurement templates.
  • Coordinate high-value contract negotiations and periodic stock-taking audits.
  • Champion supplier-performance reviews, quality-management integration and PPADA 2015 compliance.
  • Mentor a 15-member multidisciplinary team while maintaining zero-audit-query targets.

Supply Chain Officer I (Grade 9) – Ref NDU/2/2025

  • Process purchase requisitions, invite quotations, open & evaluate tenders and draft LPOs.
  • Monitor stores movement, verify invoices and support disposal committees.
  • Generate monthly supply-chain KPIs for management review.

2. Internal Audit Directorate

Assistant Director (Grade 6) – Ref NDU/3/2025

  • Formulate risk-based annual audit plans and present assurance reports to Council.
