Key Responsibilities
COMPUTER SCIENCE TEACHER
- Deliver engaging lessons in line with the British and international ICT curriculum
- Prepare learners for computing assessments, coding projects, and digital literacy
- Support students’ technical skills using modern software tools and platforms
- Collaborate with colleagues in integrating technology across subjects
PERFORMING ARTS TEACHER
- Design and lead music, drama, and performance lessons
- Organize concerts, plays, and exhibitions to showcase student talent
- Guide learners in creative self-expression and teamwork through the arts
- Contribute to school-wide cultural events and festivals
EYFS & KEY STAGE 1 TEACHERS
- Plan and implement early childhood education programs that meet developmental needs
- Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment for young learners
- Monitor student progress and provide personalized support
- Engage with parents on children’s learning and development
KEY STAGE 2 TEACHER
- Teach a range of primary subjects in accordance with the British curriculum
- Assess learning outcomes and adjust instructional strategies accordingly
- Encourage critical thinking, collaboration, and inquiry-based learning
IT MANAGER
- Maintain and develop school IT infrastructure (hardware, software, networks)
- Oversee cyber security, backups, and data protection
- Support staff and students with technical issues and digital literacy
- Procure and manage IT assets, licenses, and vendor relationships
OPERATIONS MANAGER
- Oversee school logistics and daily operations
- Manage non-teaching support staff (drivers, janitors, security, etc.)
- Ensure regulatory compliance and oversee procurement and supplies
- Maintain facilities, safety protocols, and vendor contracts
SCHOOL SECRETARY
- Handle front office administration, including phone and email communications
- Manage student records, registrations, and scheduling
- Support teachers and heads of school with documentation and clerical tasks
- Assist in school event planning and communications
ACCOUNTANT
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and school budgets
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly reports
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and audit requirements
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and suppliers
HR ADMINISTRATOR
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain staff records, leave schedules, and HR policies
- Coordinate staff welfare programs and professional development
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and safeguarding practices
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant field (Education, ICT, Finance, HR, etc.)
- Teaching Council of Kenya registration (for teaching positions)
- Professional certifications are an added advantage (e.g., CPA, HRM)
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with the British curriculum for teaching staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- ICT proficiency and ability to integrate technology into daily tasks
